to the winner, Mr Eric Brown. The medal is contained in its original
red padded box. The tournament was held at Belvoir Park. The Irish
Golf Open Tournament goes back as far as 1927, and was played
until the outbreak of war in 1939. It resumed from 1946-1950 and
then again in 1953, but then ceased until 1975, and has taken
